This approach ensures:

• Reduced response time thanks to local hosting
• Full control by relevant Algerian authorities

Mixed manufacturing: part in Algeria, part in China with our partner.

For our ticketing equipment:

• Part made in Algeria: We have established local production for some components and equipment
• Part made in China: In partnership with the world's first manufacturer in this field, we ensure quality and competitiveness of our equipment

Our Goal: We plan to gradually open, according to the ticketing load plan in Algeria, additional local production lines. However, this requires real markets and opportunities to justify investment in these production infrastructures.

Our strategy aims for gradual increase in local production share as demand increases and market opportunities materialize.

• Current Mixed Production: Combines Algerian and Chinese manufacturing through our world-leading partner
• Gradual Expansion: We plan to open new production lines in Algeria according to the ticketing load plan
• Conditional on Opportunities: Local production development requires tangible markets and real opportunities to justify investments

We are ready to invest in local production expansion as soon as market conditions allow. Our commitment to local development remains strong, but we must be realistic about the economic viability of these investments.
